the home was as described, the beds were extremely comfortable, the neighborhood is one of the best in Indy, private surroundings but close to everything. Sabrina was very responsive and was a great place for family of all ages.

This was the perfect home for us to celebrate the New Year! My husband and I wanted a place that would be good for us to relax and enjoy family while still entertaining 4 teenagers! The kitchen was perfect for making cookies and many meals and appetizers for New Year’s Eve. The game rooms were perfect for keeping teens busy. Our dogs felt right at home and loved the fenced in backyard. Sabrina and her Husband were great Hosts! They went above and beyond for us! We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

The house was amazing! Much bigger than the pictures made it look. My daughter had her 12th birthday party here and all her friends were saying how “sigma” the house was. The girls enjoyed the movie theater, which is huge! And they ran all around and loved going out in the snow and then jumping in the hot tub. The kitchen was amazing for cooking meals and setting all the food options out for everyone to come and go as they please. The table was big enough for all the girls to sit and do crafts or eat yummy meals. There are so many full bathrooms in this house and so many places to sleep! This was perfect for an entire weekend to celebrate my girl and her party w her besties! We were all snowed in and it was awesome!

The house was very nice, spacious, and comfortable. It had plenty of room for our group, and the kids loved having so many things to do. The kitchen was fully stocked, and I was able to prepare a full holiday dinner with no issues. I cooked a lot of dishes at home, but realized I could have done everything there because all the cookware and supplies were available. Communication was easy and the host was responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

We stayed here for a family get together with adults and one small child. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable and have privacy. We enjoyed the games and activities. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a big dinner. Would recommend this place for a larger group who wants to hang out and spend quality time together.

My reg airbnb was booked so we stayed here and the crew love it. Visited on business so majority of the time we were working but the place warmed up fast and was very relaxing. Enjoyed the movies and games. Furniture comfortable, Coffee was stocked and great. We are thinking bout making this one our 3 times a year scheduled stay. It’s 300 more than what we were paying but the outside would be very enjoyable in the summer. If this thing had a pool table I don’t think it would ever be available for me 😆 would definitely recommend!

The home was even more beautiful than the photos indicated. So many nice touches and amenities to make us and our grandchildren feel at home. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms and kitchen were immaculately clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals and desserts for our family.
Sabrina was a great host. She stayed in contact and helped accommodate us when we needed a little flexibility in checking out. We appreciated all the touches from variety of Keurig coffees, flavors and teas, fluffy towels, luxury bedding, board games and extra blankets for cuddling on the couch on movie nights. We are looking forward to rebooking this family friendly, fun, comfortable beautiful home in the near future!

Absolutely loved this place. We did have an issue with the living room tv, but when contacting Sabrina, she was very helpful and responsive. This was a kid-free night for us but we still took advantage of all the fun things to do!
